  Follow these steps:

  1. Visit at the SBC Global email forgot password page and click on its link.
  2. Then enter the email address & last name.
  3. Click on next & then ok.
  4. Choose the password recovery option from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the “Security questions” and then answer them.
