How do I fix playback failure on Hulu?

The first thing to try when you experience playback errors on your Fire TV is to clear the temporary files that Hulu has stored on your device:
Navigate to Settings > Applications > Hulu.
Select Clear Cache.
Select Clear Data.
Check to see if you still have playback errors
