The court has now delivered

Jagex mutes people for violating Runescape's official stipulations, so it'd be doubtful that Elansari was dealt with in a way distinct from muting cases. Also worth noting, it appears that Elansari has also attempted suits in the past, including one at dating app Tinder led. For this case though, it looks like the law ended any chances of Elansari's claims being taken with merit and has spoken. I suppose Elansari will be a silent warrior for the near future.
