The trip to Hawaii was booked before the coaches were hired, but Wisconsins Greg Gard and Tennessees Rick Barnes will accept the challenge that comes with playing in the Maui Invitational.Ninth-ranked Wisconsin (2-1) will meet Tennessee (1-1) in the opening game of the eight-team tournament on Monday afternoon. The Badgers will likely fall in the rankings after a 79-67 loss to Creighton last week, but they bounced back to defeat Chicago State 69-51 before heading to the islands.Vito Brown scored 12 points in the uneven showing. Brown and Ethan Happ were a combined 9-of-13 from the field while Nigel Hayes, Bronson Koenig and Zak Showalter shot 4-of-22.We will continue to work and the guys will get better, Gard said. We got a little experience and now we have something to draw back on. We will practice in Maui and we are better based on our experiences this season. What we look for is taking a step forward each day. After 14 seasons as an assistant at the school, Gard was named interim head coach last December when Bo Ryan retired in the middle of the season. The 45-year old led the Badgers to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament to earn the job on a full-time basis.Wisconsin is one of three ranked teams in the tournament along with fourth-ranked Oregon and No. 5 North Carolina. The Badgers are led by Koenig with 15.7 points per game Hayes averages 11.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game. Hayes is shooting 38.7 percent after shooting 36.8 percent last season while Koenig is clicking at 42.5 percent.Tennessee was upset 82-69 in its opener against Chattanooga before bouncing back to defeat Appalachian State 103-94 to start off Barnes second season at the school.Robert Hubbs III scored 16 points and six players reached double figures as the Volunteers scored 21 straight points in the first half and avoided their first 0-2 start since 1965-66.I thought we were much more aggressive offensively taking the shots that we want to take, Barnes said. I thought that part was good. We still made so many young mistakes that you cant make.Tennessee has a tough path as one of five unranked teams in Maui. If it beats Wisconsin, it could face No. 4 Oregon in the second round to possibly meet No. 5 North Carolina in the title game. Its always good to get your feet wet going and playing against teams like that, theyre all well coached and theyre all talented, so were looking forward to those games, Tennessee freshman guard Jordan Bone said.Bone is one of five players scoring in double figured with a team-high 14 points per game. Freshman guard Lamonte Turner and Hubbs III are each averaging 13.5 points per game.Freshman forward Grant Williams is at 10.5 points while sophomore forward Kyle Alexander is at 10.0.We have to get better on the defensive side. But I feel like we can score the ball really well, Bone said.

Chauncey Gardner-Johnson Womens Jersey . Now, with Game 6 set for Fenway Park and an 8:07 p.m. ET first pitch, the Detroit Tigers face the unenviable task of having to beat the Boston Red Sox twice, on the road, to advance to the World Series. The Seattle Seahawks were without two of their top three running backs for Sundays NFC West Division matchup against San Francisco, with both Thomas Rawls and C.J. Prosise on the inactive list.Rawls suffered a shin injury in the first half of last weeks game against Los Angeles, leaving Christine Michael to take the bulk of the carries. Prosise was inactive for the second straight week after cracking a bone in his hand in the opener against Miami.Michael was to start for Seattle with rookie Alex Collins and newly signed Terrence McGee his backups.New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall was active for his teams game at Kansas City. Marshall was a game-time decision because of a slight knee sprain but looked good warming up before kickoff.Running back Jamaal Charles was inactive for the third straight week as the Chiefs take a cautious approach in his return from ACL surgery. Spencer Ware was to start in his place.Kansas City also was to have backups starting at offensive guard in Jordan Devey and Zach Fulton. Parker Ehinger remains out with a concussion and Laurent Duvernay-Tardiff has been dealing with an ankle injury, though he was available in an emergency.Wide receiver Sammy Watkins, who had his surgically repaired left foot stepped on by a teammate in a walk-through early in the week, was inactive for the Buffalo Bills game against the Arizona Cardinals. The absence of Watkins meant Anthony Lynn made his NFL debut as offensive coordinator without his top receiving threat. Lynn replaced Greg Roman, who was fired Sept. 16.The Tennessee Titans scratched tight end Delanie Walker for their game against Oakland. Walker, the Titans leading receiver last season, hurt his right hamstring in Tennessees comeback victory at Detroit. The Green Bay Packers missed four defensive starters against the Detroit Lions, as well as key reserve Datone Jones. Packers first-round draft pick Kenny Clark made his first career start at nose tackle, replacing Letroy Guion, who has a knee injury. The Lions were missing lineman Ezekiel Ansah and linebacker DeAndre Levy.---WASHINGTON AT NEW YORK GIANTSGiants: DT Montori Hughes, RB Rashad Jennings, QB Josh Johnson, WR Roger Lewis.Redskins: QB Nate Sudfeld, WR Josh Doctson, CB Kendall Fuller, LB Martrell Spaight, DE Anthony Lanier II, G Arie Kouandjio, DE Kendall Reyes.---BALTIMORE AT JACKSONVILLERavens: CB Jerraud Powers, RB Kenneth Dixon, CB Will Davis, RB Javorius Allen, OLB Elvis Dumervil, G/C John Urschel and DT Willie Henry.Jaguars: QB Brandon Allen, CB Prince Amukamara, C Brandon Linder, LT Kelvin Beachum, DE Jared Odrick, TE Ben Koyack and DE Chris Smith.---ARIZONA AT BUFFALO:Cardinals: S Marqui Christian, G Evan Mathis, DT Olsen Pierre, DT Robert Nkemdiche, DT Frostee Rucker, DT Xavier Williams, LB Kareem Martin.Bills: DB Colt Anderson, CB Ronald Darby, T Cordy Glenn, QB Cardale Jones, C Patrick Lewis, WR Greg Salas, WR Sammy Watkins.---DETROIT AT GREEN BAY:Lions: DE Ezekiel Ansah, LB DeAndre Levy, LB Antwione Williams, CB Adairius Barnes, G Joe Dahl, OT Cornelius Lucas, TE Orson Charles.Packers: QB Joe Callahan, CB Sam Shields, S Morgan Burnett, LB Clay Matthews, T Kylle Murphy, DE Datone Jones, DT Letroy Guion.dddddddddddd---OAKLAND AT TENNESSEE:Raiders: QB Connor Cook, DB Antonio Hamilton, OT Austin Howard, T Matt McCants, CB Dexter McDonald, TE Mychal Rivera.Titans: NT Austin Johnson, CB Curtis Riley, CB LeShaun Sims, G Sebastian Tretola, TE Delanie Walker, OLB Aaron Wallace, WR Kendall Wright.---DENVER AT CINCINNATI:Broncos: QB Austin Davis, CB Lorenzo Doss, TE Virgil Green, G Connor McGovern, FS Justin Simmons, OT Donald Stephenson, OLB DeMarcus Ware.Bengals: WR Cody Core, QB Jeff Driskel, TE Tyler Eifert, CB KeiVarae, G Christian Westerman, DT DeShawn Williams.---CLEVELAND AT MIAMI:Browns: QB Josh McCown, WR Corey Coleman, DB Joe Haden, DB Ibraheim Campbell, OL Shon Coleman, OL Cameron Erving, DE Carl Nassib.Dolphins: WR Justin Hunter, CB Jordan Lucas, RB Arian Foster, LB Spencer Paysinger, C Mike Pouncey, G Dallas Thomas, DE Terrence Fede.---MINNESOTA AT CAROLINA:Vikings: OLB Kentrell Brothers, C Nick Easton, DT Sharrif Floyd, RB Ronnie Hillman, TE MyCole Pruitt, WR Laquon Treadwell.Panthers: WR Brenton Bersin, WR Damiere Byrd, LB Jeremy Cash, DE Ryan Delaire, G Tyler Larsen, RB Jonathan Stewart, DB Teddy Williams.---SAN FRANCISCO AT SEATTLE:49ers: QB Christian Ponder, FS Marcus Cromartie, RB DuJuan Harris, DT Tony Jerod-Eddie, OL John Theus, OL Anthony Davis, DT Taylor Hart.Seahawks: RB C.J.
