  Under federal and California anti-discrimination laws, employers cannot illegally discriminate against any employee, including fake ids workers. Therefore, if you are an undocumented immigrant worker, your employer may not fire you, refuse to hire you, harass you, or take any action against you for the following reasons. These reasons include your original nationality (including your ability to speak English), race, color, gender, pregnancy, religion, age, or disability, or (under fake id california) because of other reasons, such as your sexual orientation, gender identity (e.g., transgender identity), marital status, and political beliefs. However, if you are fired as part of this discrimination, it is less clear whether you will be able to get back the income lost as a result of being fired, and whether you will be able to get back your previous job.
