    First of all: intermittent fasting (skip breakfast and fast for 12–16 hours every day). Research proves that eating 5 meals a day the way so many people recommend is not necessary. It's another approach to nutrition. What matters in the end is how much and what you have eaten at the end. This logic is much easier to track and feels a lot less deprivative.
