   work today and that's that a lot of these big companies are now making everything in China to save money even vitamins you take every day maybe made in China and the scary thing is the Chinese government gives almost no oversight over these things these guys can basically put anything they want in them even if it's not healthy there is literally almost zero regulation going on a shocking story posted in the New York Times just a few months ago showed the FDA found that many well-known brands now make their stuff in China and they found many of these pills cluding herbal plus and up and up were stuffed with fillers like rice and houseplants that did absolutely nothing
