  Below Are the Steps to Return / Return an Item.

  You can return the goods within 40 days from the date of delivery. Follow the same procedure as for other sites, for example, go to the order and cancel the article (if there are several articles, you can cancel the article one by one or in a block).

  Next Steps for Return / Return of the Product:

  • Log in to your Shein account.
  • Find the order in the My Orders section, click the "Return goods" button.
  • Select the item you want to return, indicate the reasons and send it.
  • Choose a delivery method: automatic delivery or collection service (select the receiving address)
  • The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, wait until the courier picks up the package.
  • They will confirm the package immediately after receiving the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be refunded to your Shein wallet or to your original billing account.
