so much it's gross just remember if you weren't sweating there'd be feels really good in the hip flexor again you can engage your glute and it's gonna give it a little extra peace I've been doing traditional yoga for close to 14 13 14 years when I add a little spice like hit into my yoga it just kind of brings things back to life a little bit helps me appreciate my practice a little bit more so it's totally okay to change it up it's really good staying don't let anybody tell you what your yoga practice is you get to decide good draw your knees into your chest squeeze a man should feel good on your low back and then because it is yoga Plus hit let's take some time in shavasana send your legs out should be really really nice in the backs of your knees
