I'd say at minimum it'll be 2K22 when folks would be fine with it.Imo any packable Kobe this season is a money grab, any further cards should be earned through gameplay and accessible to all. Alternatively you can purchase a Kobe card together with all proceeds going to his Foundation.
The entire game mode is a cash grab however. That is where my confusion is coming from. Were you watching and assessing the marketplace to get Kobe memorabilia to buy mt coins around his death? You were not, costs were soaring and sites like Ebay were stepping in to stop the price gouging and protecting consumers. If you are a industry analyst you should really understand how a person's premature death can push demand for things related to them, and 2K shouldn't be taking advantage of the greater demand at all.
